Our fresh dip & dressing is made with fresh produce, vinegar and quality Japanese ingredients with no chemical additives. Serve with a salad that could keep the natural sweetness of the vegetables. A dressing could bring out the natural sweetness of the veggies when you serve it with salad . Also you can enjoy with breads, cheese, fried food, as it would reduce the greasiness and make it more appetizing.

Ponzu sauce for Wagyu

Product Introduction

Our Ponzu sauce is made with Yuzu citrus and fresh Japanese ingredients with no chemical additives. The fruity aroma of yuzu, vinegar and soy sauce not only reduce the greasiness of the steak and also make you enjoy the juicy taste of the steak.
Ponzu sauce with butter can be used to prepare a variety of seafood dishes. It retains the seafood flavor and the sourness of the sauce make them more appetizing.

Before open, eat within 12 months, and once opened, eat within 90 days.

TERIYAKI sauce for WAGYU

Product Introduction

Our Teriyaki sauce is made with rich beef stock and fresh Japanese ingredients.

Our most popular teriyaki sauce has no preservatives added. The difference from the traditional teriyaki sauce are we add local beef fat to the sauce, so you can enjoy the unique sweetness of the teriyaki sauce and the rich flavor of beef fat when you dip it on various kinds of meat. It is also recommended to add a different Japanese flavor to home-cooked dishes such as stir-fried vegetables and scrambled eggs!
